Delicate Caress Cosmetics is a new Brand to the Beauty Market. Less than a week ago, Denise Condon, Founder of the Brand, launched her first product on Amazon. Within 3 hours on Saturday morning, Delicate Caress Cosmetics was ranking as the Best Seller' in Amazon's Makeup Brush Category, No. 92 in Beauty, and No. 1 in Movers and Shakers'.
Not only that, but the Caress' Brush set the flagship product for the brand was out of stock'.
When contacted, Denise said she was blown away' by the shopping frenzy and could not believe the response. I have spent a lot of time over the past few months, researching products and paying particular attention to the quality of the brushes'.
' There is nothing worse than investing in a Makeup Brush Set, getting excited about the purchase, only to find that when the set arrives, the quality is poor, and the bristles disintegrate. It is even worse if the Brush Set is bought to give as a gift. My priority is always to provide top quality products at an affordable price'.
Denise also said 'affordable' does not mean a product has to be cheaply made.
I want my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and in no way disappointed with the quality. I hate reading the reviews that say you get what you paid for'. My product is certainly not the cheapest on Amazon, but it would definitely compete as the best quality for the best price'.
Asked what she was going to do about replenishing stock Denise said:
The production time frame for a bulk run of the Caress' Set is estimated to be approximately 35 days. I spent most of Saturday evening pleading with my manufacturer to urgently deliver a small quantity of Caress' as an interim supply until I can restock'.
There was no way I could have imagined this would happen. I believed I had been thorough in my research and had been generous in the number of units I had ordered in my initial shipment. I felt sure it would take a couple of months to gain some momentum in the market. No-one could be more surprised than me.'
Denise said that she had been all ready to place an order for the next new product and although that order would still go ahead as planned, she said that the priority was to ensure Caress' continued to be available in the marketplace'.
I want to be competitive in a highly competitive market, but I won't sacrifice quality and I won't buy cheap just to get a sale. My choice of product is also heavily influenced by what the buyer wants which is why I am always asking for buyer input on my Delicate Caress Facebook Page.
Denise said she did not want to disappoint customers and have an unreasonable wait time for fulfilment of orders. I really want Caress' to be back on the shelf within the next 10 days. Sooner would definitely be better' she said.
