Xfacio Labs distribution and sales are handled through the worldwide reach of mega retailer Amazon.com, and Amazon has notified the company of extreme heavy volume and a sell out of all existing inventory on hand.
Company Spokesperson Mia Kantor went on record to say that "We have been experiencing an extremely high demand from consumers at Amazon.com and no matter how hard we try to keep pace we seem to be running short. We have stepped up production and shipments to Amazon but we are still experiencing a slight lag between the time that our labs ships out products to replenish the shelves at Amazon and the time that these products are received and inventoried for sale."
"We are running at 150% capacity right now attempting to keep the order flow and customers happy. At most, I don't see a problem lasting beyond a day or two sellout wise as we are stepping up every aspect of what is necessary to keep things running smoothly. The two biggest issues that we seem to have is the time between shipment from our labs to Amazons warehouse, which we are fervently working on, and a supply of raw materials, one of which comes from France and is an integral component in our proprietary formulation."
"Going forward, we are working so that none of these should be an issue affecting the supply chain. " said Ms. Kantor, and she advised that customers should order the High Potency Anti Aging Serum while the product is showing availability so that they will not have to wait a day or two and be disappointed.
Xfacio Labs is sold exclusively on Amazon.com. There newest Anti Aging Product, which is still under wraps but what they call a "game changer" should be released and available for sale on Amazon in September.
