(EMAILWIRE.COM, August 14, 2013 ) Huntersville, North Carolina, USA -- Slip-On Dancers announces it's booth hours in the expo hall at the Zumba Instructor Convention for 2013.
Since 2010, Slip-On Dancers have been a best-selling presence at the Zumba Instructor Convention.
When they started in 2010, Slip-On Dancers launched two products, Smooth Dancers and Carpet Dancers to the fabulous and enthusiastic 3,000 strong crowd of Zumba Fitness instructors at the convention for 4 days where they learn choreography, make contacts, and learn new skills to make their fitness classes more like fitness parties!
In 2010, Slip-On Dancers sold over 1,200 sets to instructors from around the world at the convention. Their sales are owed, in large part, to the fact that the classes the instructors are attending are almost all in carpeted rooms. Without the Carpet Dancers making it easier for their shoes to spin, the instuctors get knee pain from attending class after class where the dance moves involve hip movement, requiring shoes to twist and turn. Even in dance shoes, dancing on carpet is more difficult and can be painful.
"We're excited to make this event another successful turnout. It is always thrilling to meet people who love our products and want to not only use them at the convention, but also to take them back to their home gym to share them with their class!" commented Katie Hughes, inventor and CEO of Slip-On Dancers. Since 2010, the crowd has grown even larger, with last year's attendance being around 7,000 instructors.
The expo hall for the convention will be in the Peabody Orlando (9801 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819) close to where the footbridge crosses over into the Orlando Convention Center. Slip-On Dancers will be in booth #11, close to the escalators leading to the Convention Center.
The booth will be open during the following hours:
Wednesday August 14th 1:30pm -9:00pm
Thursday August 15th from 11:30am-6:00pm
Friday August 16th from 8:30am-7:30pm
Saturday August 17th from 8:30am - 8:30pm
Sunday August 18th from 9:00am - 1:00pm
Products will be available for sale and there will be opportunities to meet with the inventor of the patent- pending Slip-On Dancers, Katie Hughes, PhD.
About Dance Yourself Fit LLC
Katie Hughes, PhD invented the concept for Slip-On Dancers when she had too many students complain about knee pain in her dance fitness classes. She found that she could predict who would complain about knee pain before the class ever started and that it was almost entirely based on the shoes the participants were wearing. Unfortunately, beginners aren't willing to invest in an expensive new pair of shoes just for one class, so she decided to create something that would solve their problem. Her company Dance Yourself Fit LLC now manufactures a series of products under the Slip-On Dancers TM brand including Carpet Dancers TM and Smooth Dancers TM and sells them around the world to gyms, instructors and participants who want to make it easy and inexpensive to dance in the shoes they already own.
