Kiwi Husband And Wife Team's Company Great Case Launch Their iPhone 5 Armband On Amazon.com

(EMAILWIRE.COM, August 28, 2014 ) Beverly Hills, Los Angeles -- The U.S has lost its number 1 spot to Mexico, but unfortunately not in a sports ranking. In the newly released numbers for obesity, Mexico has finally surpassed the U.S as the most obese nation. A New Zealand iPhone 5 armband company CEO believes that the Paleo diet folks have it spot on with their assessment that its grain, processed carbs and refined sugar that is the culprit, not saturated fat.

In fact they go further with that claim, and state that all low-fat products are just as unhealthy as they have replaced the healthy fats with sugar. With so much supporting evidence for this theory now hitting the mainstream, including people like Dr Oz, who is now supporting this nutrition, it seems as though nutrition and exercise are finally catching on with the american public. Top of the list in exercise is walking.

For the last 2 million years that humans have walked the planet, walking has been our predominant exercise. Our human skeletons over this period show us that we have been designed to walk and that we have always walked, more frequently than we have run, and now in 2014 medical research is recommending that we return to this primal behavior, in order to reverse disease, cardiovascular in particular.

New Zealand iPhone 5 armband companies, Great Case CEO is passionate about Paleo and exercise and is out to spread the message about walking. "I have a type of Rheumatoid Arthritis," says Great Case CEO Kris Paul,"and I've found through my years of only being able to walk, that it lowers blood pressure,
lowers cholesterol, the blood tests cant lie." His wife Tiffany Paul, who is also head of design and research at Great Case is also an advocate of daily walking. "We walk an hour a day or 10,000 steps and we currently have a drive on our Facebook page to encourage people of all ages to start walking daily," says Tiffany.

Great Case recently launched their iPhone 5 armbands on Amazon.com and have been receiving all 5 star reviews. Their introductory silver armband comes with dual strap options and also features a key holder to hide the house key while exercising. "Walking has been scientifically proven to add years to your life," says Kris Paul, "and so it makes sense to return to the exercise that we were designed for as humans."
