Chief Executive and owner, Bruce Stanley, says that the new role of Chief Operating Officer was created out of an internal expansion, "the business is growing faster than expected and we new that we would need to create this position at some stage, just not quite this soon. Emma was just the natural choice. She has been with us from the start and really understands the business and markets. We are fortunate to have her".
Her first project is to manage the release of the new sports Armband which has been designed for the iPhone 5 series. "I'm really excited about this opportunity. The design team have really had a good look at the armband and come up with some fantastic features that no-one else has. We have the longest arm strap on the market which will fit almost anyone arm" says Brooks. While the armband looks the same as other models, its not. "The neoprene is softer so that it is more comfortable on your arm, likewise with the new PU Leather cover that easily molds into shape. We listen to the feedback that our customers provide and incorporate their recommendations, so we are continually making improvements. Our customers are extremely important to us so we make them part of the process. We don't just forget them after the sale is complete".
"Customers should really keep an eye out for the release of this new product in the next few weeks as we will have some awesome deals" says Brooks.
Brooks is also a huge 49er's fan, "I love the 49er's and can't wait for the season to start. I have my season ticket and am really looking forward to the first home game of the pre season against the Broncos. Levi's Stadium looks fantastic and I know this is going to be the 49er's year"
