Nutrigift will begin selling their yacon syrup in an 8fl ounce bottle. The bottle is dark amber to ensure light doesn't spoil or ruin the product during shipping or display. Cortland also says, "We thought a lot about our product from beginning to end. Yacon syrup doesn't need to be refrigerated, however, light and a lot of exposure to air can ruin it. This is why we decided to package it inside of a deep amber colored bottle."
