The mat sizes in this new offering are half-sheet and quarter sheet. The red and blue mats are identical to those found in the standard two pack, and measure 16 5/8" x 11". The green quarter sheet measures 8" x 11". Both sizes are temperature rated for a range of -40 to 482 degrees Fahrenheit, although the manufacturer suggests baking at temperatures of 450 degrees Fahrenheit or lower.
