(EMAILWIRE.COM, December 16, 2013 ) Quinlan, Texas -- If the reviews for their last two launches are any indication, the brand Beauty Junkees, though still in its infancy, isn't going anywhere any time soon. To add further weight to that claim, President of the company Julia Ritzenthaler, has been working closely with her Cosmetologist, Esthetician, and plethora of product testers to fine tune the attributes of her next slated launches. The next product to launch under her "Expert Tested and Female Approved" product line is the angled kabuki brush.
The angled makeup brush that is being released to Amazon today is definitely helping round out the Beauty Junkees makeup brush line. Bringing with it the same quality Taklon bristles (vegan friendly) and thick bristle density, only with a angled bristle head this time around, this makeup brush will prove itself to be a multi-functional must have to any makeup addicts toolkit.
The angled kabuki makeup brush works to apply three different types of products with ease. It serves as a foundation brush, compatible with nearly any type of foundation, liquid, mineral, or powder. Foundation is applied as if the brush is a paintbrush for the face, then buffed out to remove any streaks or imperfections that may be left behind, or simply to sheer out the look. If liquid foundation is being used, the same brush can be used to follow up with a loose translucent powder to seal in the look.
Another popular use for this brush is highlighting and contouring. Highlighting and contouring, though seemingly more popular in the summer months, is still being used as a classic addition to any look to add definition to cheekbones, slim wider noses, reduce the size of foreheads, and brighten the eyes. Because the brush is fluffier than its close cousin the angled flat kabuki, it is perfect to use for these purposes. Highlighting is usually done first, since it is the lighter shade of the two. The highlighting powder or cream is applied underneath the brow bone, above the brow bone, above the nose in the middle of the forehead (all to draw the eye up) and then above where the contouring powder will be applied on the cheekbones. Contouring can be done with the same brush next, applying to the hairline and buffing out, down the sides of the nose, and along the cheekbones. Some women opt to also apply contouring shadow to the front of their neck as well and buffing out to increase the prominence of their face.
The final use for this fantastic brush is that of a basic blush brush. Most people will apply a slight rosy glow to the apples of their cheeks after highlighting and contouring are done, and this brush is perfect for that too. (Though the consumer will want to make sure they have removed any residual contouring powder from the brush first.)
The Beauty Junkees angled makeup brush will launch today on their website as well as on Amazon.com
