EMAILWIRE.COM, May 06, 2015 ) Peoria, AZ - Peoria-based Allied CrossFit recently celebrated the grand opening of their new facility located at 93rd Ave and W Olive Ave in the Olive Business Park. The new, larger facility was conceptualized by the Schreiner family, who acquired Allied CrossFit last year.
The Schreiners also own and operate a second location, CrossFit Infinite Strength in Scottsdale. Allied CrossFit and CrossFit Infinite Strength members are free to use either location as a part of their monthly membership privileges. Chad, Courtney and Brenda Schreiner own and operate both locations. Chad is the head coach and handles fitness programming, while Courtney and Brenda head up the business operations.
Allied CrossFit,
www.alliedcrossfit.com, is offering a Grand Opening Special membership rate of $99 per month for unlimited access when signing a 3 month contract (normally $135 per month) for the first 25 new members. Additionally, any current member who refers someone else to join (by signing a minimum three month contract) will receive a free month. Finally, all prospective members are offered a free week trial at any time.
The new
alliedcrossfit is a Rogue Fitness Equipped Gym featuring a brand new Rogue Monster rig as the centerpiece and includes brand new barbells, weights, dumbbells, wall balls and ropes. While the main gym floor area is completely operational, extra space in the facility is being finished as a part of their second phase plan and will offer new Olympic lifting platforms and synthetic turf for Strongman exercises using atlas stones and sleds.

Comfort was a top priority for the Schreiners when designing the new space which includes two large swamp coolers and a massive industrial overhead fan to keep athletes cool year-round. Male and female locker rooms include brand new shower facilities for added convenience. The new facility also includes a retail store stocked with apparel and supplements. Some of the brands carried include SFH, Quest, Kill Cliff and Schiek. Above the retail store is a 1000 square foot air conditioned room which will be used for CrossFit Kids, Yoga and eventually Spin classes.
Allied CrossFit, was established in 2012 and offers the vastly popular CrossFit training method based on functional movements that can be adapted to any fitness level. A typical CrossFit class is made up of a Workout of the Day (also known as WOD) and will usually include an Olympic lifting routine or daily strength, mixed with metabolic conditioning (also known as METCON), or interval training.
In addition to the main class, Allied,
alliedcrossfit.com, offers a Health Class which emphasizes fat loss and increased mobility. Allied is also a CrossFit Kids affiliated facility, offering age-appropriate training to children ages 6-12. Along with training, Allied places a high emphasis on diet and offers nutrition coaching to educate athletes on healthy eating philosophies.
Once phase two is complete, the owners plan to announce a Grand Opening Celebration. In the meantime, facility tours and free week trials are always available.
